While our turn-key service (where we handle everything from 2D Layout & 3D Render to complete electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and hand-over) guarantees the highest-quality outcome with a written guarantee, we are fully open to providing design-only packages where we offer 3D renders, working CAD drawings, bill-of-materials, and assign a dedicated project supervisor to coordinate with your personal contractors.

A standard 3 to 4-bedroom luxury apartment of approximately 2500 - 3500 square feet typically takes 15 to 20 days for the deep complete design & rendering cycle, followed by 60 to 75 fabrication and site assembly days for execution. Large estate duplexes or corporate offices will require matching custom schedules which are mutually locked in during contract signoff.
