Our client — a leading financial advisory firm — needed their headquarters to do two things at once: project authority to clients walking through the door, and create conditions where 80 staff could think clearly and collaborate freely.

The existing 4,200 sq ft space was a maze of closed offices and underlit corridors. We stripped it back to the concrete slab and reimagined it as a sequence of distinct zones: a reception and client lounge, a partner suite with four private offices, an open trading floor, and a quiet focus wing.

Materials were chosen for longevity: honed limestone floors, walnut millwork, and a palette of warm whites and deep navy that reads as confident without being cold. Every fixture was custom-specified; nothing was off the shelf.
